2. What we process

Identity and contact details you provide via forms or WhatsApp; appointment details; and, where you become a patient, health data strictly necessary for assessment and treatment.

3. Purposes & legal grounds

Responding to enquiries and managing appointments; delivering physiotherapy services and keeping patient records (by health professionals bound by confidentiality); meeting legal obligations.

4. Retention

Enquiry records: retained for 1 year. Patient records: for the period required by health legislation.

5. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request access, correction and erasure, and object to processing, by contacting us at the address above.

6. Cookies & consent

We only use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and how they use the site. This runs solely after you actively accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — it never loads beforehand, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data. The map (Google Maps) and, where enabled, the booking calendar (Cal.com) are shown as an embedded preview on the contact and booking pages and only load after the same consent is given; a plain external link to Google Maps for directions is always available even without accepting cookies.

7. International data transfer

When you consent to the cookies above, limited technical data (such as your anonymised usage statistics) is processed by Google LLC (USA) through Google Analytics and Google Maps, and — where the booking calendar is enabled — by Cal.com, Inc. (USA). The email you send through the contact form is delivered via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to reach our inbox. These transfers rely on the relevant service providers' standard contractual safeguards; by consenting to cookies or submitting the contact form you also consent to this limited transfer, which is strictly necessary to provide the related feature.
